Guilds are a responsibility of its members and guild masters, and are expected to be held to the standards and classifications of the regulatory body: The Guild Council. Each guild will receive a classification which is updated every quarter of a year (IRL: March, June, September, December). Depending on their classification, their requirements to maintain their guild's legitimacy may change as well as the taxes they pay. In order to promote commerce and growth between Empires and Guilds, certain classifications will require an Empire Contract.

3. Guilds of Friendship - Personal Guilds. Guilds that are neither commercial or non-profit. Guilds that neither desire to participate in Empire business nor seek to better any trade/community.
Taxes:
1. Research - No Empire Contract required. Must have a public display every 3 months.
2. Commercial - Must have atleast one Empire COntract. 50,000 gold every 3 months.
3. Guilds of Friendship - No Empire Contract required. 10,000 gold per room in guild headquarters or 5,000 gold per member every month, whichever is most expensive.
