The resurrection prayer is a powerful clerical ability that has the power to bring a wayward soul back from the realm of the dead -- but only once. After the second time, the Ferrier of Souls shall send it to where it belongs. (For rules about IC-deaths, please consult help ic-death.)
The prayer is only obtainable as a gift from the cleric's god, and a cleric must request that they be allowed to use the prayer. To request the ability, you should ICly pray to your God about it as well as sending an immrequest to IMM with immrequest subject Ressurection Prayer Request so that Staff can respond accordingly. Also, to have this ability you must be a Hero (Level 100), to reflect the fact that this spell is useable by only the most powerful clerics out there.
To succeed in this prayer, there will be certain items and tasks required to perform when attempting the ressurection. Those will be provided to you if the prayer is granted. If granted this prayer, Staff expects the RP for this to be extensive and not a simple affair as this is not a simple action. Expect a small global or similiar to perform a resurrection where Staff will observe or be appraised of for approval on if it succeeds or not.
