Draconian Temperance and Relationships
Draconians are often described as prideful, hateful, or arrogant. This may be true when a Draconian compares themselves to other races. Many Draconians consider themselves greater than other peoples because of their dragon heritage.
Humans are often especially despised, as they are considered the reason Draconians diverged from their powerful dragon ancestors. Elves, dwarves, and animal-derived races are often seen as coming from weakness. Goblins, orcs, trolls, equis, rawulfs, and similar peoples may be respected for combat strength, but are otherwise treated much like other humanoids.
Demons and undead are generally despised as filthy, dishonorable, and mindless. Dragons are usually revered as forefathers and ancestors, and in some cases may even be worshiped.
Draconians also inherit human flexibility. Their instincts can be overcome. Some Draconians break from tradition and become compassionate or calm. Others may become underhanded, shameless, or treacherous.
Most Draconians remain creatures of pride because of their dragon blood. They are strongly shaped by conformity, usually falling in line with the culture they are born into and defending that way of life violently.
