The Seven Tribes of Bhamori
Keywords:
BHAMORI-TRIBES, GARIANS, YAMATAI, TORVIAN
The seven tribes that exist in the realm today that were once known as Brumalwulf are,
Bhamori
The now main tribe, and gathering place for all. Where disputes
are settled, and the wisdom of their High Shaman is sought.
Wulfruden
A tribe that stays hidden from the realm, who offers sanctuary to
others that come to their Khan for aid, or those they see in need.
Brumalwulf
Or what remains of it, a smaller tribe now that it splintered,
though it's Khan is one of the seven council members. They are the
most war like of all the tribes, and more resentful to change.
Garians
Of the Bahkal Forest, the protectors, watchers, and keepers of the
seven tribes many secrets.
Yamatai
The only tribe of the seven that is made up completely of women,
and the only female Khan of the seven tribes.
Khorene
The more druidic tribe of them all, and the most nomadic, never
staying in one place for very long.
Torvian
The peace keepers of the tribes, and less like the other six,
some seeing change as positive and attempt to incorporate it
into the old ways, for a mixture of the two. They are peace
keepers in the sense that they attempt to keep the peace with
those of the outside world who have had conflicts with the other
tribes, usually the best suited for outside negotiations.
(Small ooc rant to clear up some confusion)
On an OOC Note, the tribes are not a religion, they are not a guild or a club. They are a very isolated group of people who do not care for outsiders (The Torvian's are far more tolerent) on their land or in their village. They are not something that you can just decide to join and walla, it's done all easy like. Someone asking to join them is going to be immediately seen as suspect. They are playable races so if you wish to play as part of the tribes, then create the race and be a part of them. If you're not born into the tribes, it could take a very, very long time for you to get 'invited' into their fold, some have been rping a close bond and have fought at several of the tribe members side for several real life years and still have not managed to get invited or to have what is needed done to be a part of them. Honor is pretty much everything to them. And while everyone has different views of honor, it is the tribes own view on honor that matters when it comes to rping them. If they do not feel that your view of honor can co-exist with their own, then it's pretty likely that you'll never get an invation to join them. In that same respect, they do not have to share all the knowledge of their people and culture simply because someone asks them to. Again, this can be seen as suspect if someone has not earned their trust or seen as someone who does not have high standards where honor is concerned.
