Booting People from Your House

Syntax: boot <person>
This command is for the purpose of booting people out of your quest
houses if they refuse to leave. Quest houses are supposed to be a place of
privacy and security, and we understand that sometimes people intruding on that, and ignoring all calls to leave icly and oocly can be a frustrating
thing. Hopefully the boot command will solve this problem and cut down on a
lot of the drama that crops up from people wanting to be where they aren't wanted.
