Keywords: HOUSING, HOUSING-RULES, REDEEM
Questing for a house In order to build your character's own house, one must first get a House Deed from a quest master. This alone can be a rough undertaking, but worth it to many. Once you have obtained a deed type redeem to be able to build your own home. Players are permited up to 2 housedeeds for their home, which consists of 10 rooms and objects each for a maximum of 20 rooms and object allowed. Player houses are not linked into the mud until they are completed and are inspected by the head builder to make sure they fit into the muds theme (no space ships etc). Rooms and objects must also be free of errors, and the home does not icly exist until they are linked into the realm, which means they can not be rped in while they are still a work in progress. Once the home is complete and has passed inspection, it will be linked into a place in the realm of the players choosing. This is within reason, no homes are allowed in the middle of a street, and no rooms will be unlinked to link in a home. You can also not place one Quest House near another to prevent players from attempting to build villages, estates, keeps etc. If it is your wish to have a keep, those are for sale at the real estate office in Dragondale. If you wish a village, submit your request to Immortal for an empire.
