House deeds may be purchased from the questmaster, and entitle the player
to ten rooms, ten objects, and ten places with which to build a home. A
home may be created from up to a maximum of two deeds, for a total of twenty of each of rooms, objects and places.
A player may have a total max of 20 residences of any kind.
For quest houses, you can have as many as you like within that 20 limit, 2 deeds max per house. Only 1 keep is allowed per character. The quantity of pre-built houses in areas are limited by the builder of the area, but it is generally limted to 1 or 2 houses per area.
To cash in a house deed, use the 'redeem' command, possibly in conjunction with your 'houses' list.

Once your house is purchased, you may get to it by typing:
Syntax: houseedit <#> - where <#> is the number of the house from your
houses list.

back.
