. Syntax: phistory edit - allows you to edit your public history phistory events - allows you to add special events phistory look <person> - allows you to read a player'public history The 'phistory' command allows you to control your public history. A public history contains information about your character and their lives that is public knowledge, and is known to most people. This could range through anything from marriages, children, family, or whether or not they rule an empire, lead a guild, or head a religion. It can also include anything you would like to be public. Anything in your public history is IC knowledge, and can possibly be known by anyone you come across, and should be treated as such. In addition to your public history, you can add special events. Perhaps your character was afflicted with the vampire plague, and this is public knowledge. You could add that as an event, without having to rewrite your whole history to include it. Events are basically footnotes to your history, things that embellish it and help to retain a public timeline for your character. Public histories and events are not required, they are simply another tool that players can use to flesh out their characters.
