Each Deity or God has the ability to grant any spellcaster that is devoted to them a set of special prayers based on that specific Deity's domains. These are not always granted upon request, but some Gods seek to challenge or gift such prayers to only those deserving or devout.
Previously, only clerics (and in the case of Nature, druids) could get godspells. We have extended this to all spellcasters, and those with spellcasting subclasses.
Abilities like the blessing Rayth can confer that will allow characters to see leylines will be available regardless of class.
