OOC - will send a message to all players in the game. OOC means 'out of character', which means this is the channel that you would talk about real life issues.
IC - is similar to OOC in that it will send a message to all players in the game, but it is the opposite in that the channel stands for 'in character. Here you speak about issues within the game. PCs emotionally or physically below the age of 14 are not allowed to use this channel.
GLOBTALK - is a channel for OOC questions or information to be shared while there is a global roleplay occuring.
XXX or AdultTalk - is a channel used for the more adult topics. This channel is so that we may keep OOC a moderate PG to PG-13 channel. This channel is much like Flame, as nearly anything is allowed here. This does not, however, include the bashing of Imms, of TG itself, or other Mortals.
EVENT - is used to allow players and immortals certain events such as trivia questions and other such OOC fun. Immortals tend to run these, but players may do so as well. Just keep in mind to be fair to all on these.
GRATS - is a channel for congratulation other players as they level or for any other means of congratulations.
QUESTION and ANSWER - are channels used to ask and answer about game mechanics and other such issues. These channels are OOC, and shouldn't be used for IC questions.
QUOTE - is used for, wait for it, quoting. You can post famous quotes or excerpts from music lyrics here. This channel is OOC.
DEBATE - is the channel to use for any OOC topics that can...lead to debate. From politics to religion and anywhere in between. Be respectful.
GAME - is a fun channel to discuss your latest OOC gaming advetures.
PRAY - send a message to the immortals who wish to hear such things. This channel is IC. Any OOC questions should be done through the OOC channel or the question channel.
YELL - sends a message to all awake people in an area. Obviously, this channel is IC.
QUIET - will put you in quiet mode. While in quiet mode, all channels are turned off, and you can only be reached through emotes, says, and tells from immortals.
ACROTALK - For communicating with others who are playing the arachophobia game.
SPOUSETALK - A channel used to communicate with your spouse. Generally In Character.
CTALK - a channel used to communicate within the Cards Against Humanity, or CAH game.
GUILDTALK - A channel used to communicate with those within your guild.
RELTALK - A channel used to communicate with those in your religion.
Some Channels can be replayed by using replay<channel name>
i.e.: replayspouse
If you wish to turn off a particular channel, type the channel's name by itself. Typing the channel's name again will turn it back on.
