Syntax: chat <number> - joins or switches to a chat channel.
'chat 0' will turn off chat.
chat who - lists people on your current chat channel
chat own - claims ownership of the channel
chat unown - releases control of the channel
chat block - blocks and unblocks other people from entering a
channel you have owned
replay chat - replays messages from your current chat channel
replay chat<number> - replays messages from a numbered chat channel
Private chat channels allow you to use them individually, or in groups. They
are numbered from 1-99999 and you may only be in one chat channel at a time. They are intended for OOC use.
These channels are without rules, so cursing and whatnot is allowed on them, but as always, harrassing of other players, and any racial or discriminatory comments will be punished if you're caught doing such things.
