Dragondale Laws
Dragondale is a city of trade, refuge, diplomacy, and public order. All who enter its walls are expected to respect the peace of the city, the authority of the Council of Dragondale, and the lawful commands of the Guard.
These laws apply to citizens, visitors, merchants, nobles, religious leaders, foreign officials, servants, guards, companions, animal pets, owned persons, summons, constructs, and any other beings brought within the walls of Dragondale. A person responsible for another's presence in the city may also be held responsible for that being's conduct.
The laws of Dragondale are maintained by the Council of Dragondale and enforced by the Guard. The Council may interpret, amend, suspend, enforce, or make exception to these laws as needed to preserve the peace, safety, neutrality, trade, and stability of the city.
