Syntax: cast 'ice sphere' <victim>
Ice sphere creates a small, snowball sized of sphere of ice to form in the palms of the caster, which is then hurled towards the victim, growing to
perhaps up to 3 feet in diameter. This ice sphere shatters on impact,
causing nasty wounds from the ice shards.
